Koeling

Klinge Corporation Eind- of Zijgemonteerd Model

Model TCR-109 - Klinge Corporation End or Side Mounted Model

Koelunit, Model TCR-109, verwarmt en koelt de lading van de tank door glycol of synthetische olie te laten circuleren rond externe koelspoelen rond de tank. De unit is zo ontworpen dat het mechanische gedeelte aan de zijkant van de container past, en de elektrische regelkast zich aan het uiteinde bevindt, gemakkelijk toegankelijk bij het stapelen op een terminal of aan boord van schepen.

Dit systeem vervoert gevaarlijke en niet-gevaarlijke chemicaliën, farmaceutische producten, voedingsmiddelen (levensmiddelen) en dranken.

Koelsysteem

Systeem met 14 koelpunten, bestaande uit acht (8) koelpunten die de lekbakken aan de bovenkant van de tank overlappen, en zes (6) koelpunten aan de onderkant van de tank. De tanks zijn vervaardigd van roestvrij staal 304L /316L.

Relief Valve	80mm (3") DN65 flanged Guard high flow valve, operating pressure 4.4 bar, weld-in flange plugged provision for a second flanged valve.
Top Outlet	Blanked weld-in flange drilled 6 M12 holes @ 168 pcd, provision for optional fitting of 80mm (3") stainless steel butterfly valve. DN80, ASA 150 bolted blank flange outlet, 80mm (3") removable full-length syphon tube.
Bottom Discharge	1x 3" 45 deg. Swing Footvalve from Guard (clean-flow style) bottom discharge valve assembly (foot-valve, butterfly, and cap) with 3" Cam-lock Provision or 3" BSP flanged outlet with 3" BSP dust cap all in stainless steel 316
